Input Traffic using a Logsheet - this demo will show you how to input traffic both for a new customer and returning customer using a logsheet.  Electronic Desking using the same process with the Greeter entering some of the information and the Sales Manager or Salesperson entering the rest. 

Manage a Customer using Electronic Desking - this demo will show you the basics of managing a customer while the customer is still in the showroom.  This provides you the ability to manage the showroom floor in real-time.

Creating Phone Calls, Tasks and Appointments - this demo will show you the basics of entering customer relationship management information other than than traffic. 

Running a Report - this demo will show you the basics of report generation.  The most common reports will be generated and then instructions on running other reports will be given. 

Sub-Prime Traffic Management - this demo will show you how Showroom Traffic Manager can be used to handle sub-prime traffic flow, which involves a different path than regular walk-in traffic.
